These guys are awesome! I have an older car and I drive it all the time. I own a cleaning business and need to have my car running. I brought it in for an oil change and they noticed my engine light. My car hasn't been serviced for a while and needed some major basic stuff that I had been putting off because I was afraid to take it anywhere. So I let them start the things it needed. I have been so impressed with how well they take care of me! Very honest, prices are great and the whole staff is super personable and friendly. I will continue to bring my car here! I called to ask how much they charged for an oil change. The guy on he phone asked me "how much do you have?" I replied and said "excuse me, I'm sorry I don't know what you mean." He said "do you have $100." - he was quite rude and unprofessional, and he didn't give me a price for the service. I will not be going here.

Ruined my car and over charged me. My car was destroyed by there "synthetic oil".

Flat out lied. Got my safety/emissions done and, I believe the manager, asked if I wanted "on-the-spot". I asked how much they charge for that and he said $10 so I said I would do it at home. He said it costs the same if I do it at home and I asked when the state started doing that and he said it's always been like that. "$2 credit card fee and $8 to mail the sticker to you". I turned him down anyway and came home to do the renewal online for ZERO additional fees. Makes me angry when they try and power sell you and lie about it.

I saw an add for a car they were selling on KSL, I had to drive an hour to get there so I texted before I went to make sure their were no problems. I drove it for 5 minutes and every time I shifted into third gear the transmission made an awful sound. I felt they were being dishonest with me.
