Every time I go there to change my truck oil, they always leave the oil filter lose, so I have to get under my truck and fix that thing.. I notice that every time from the oil drop.

I don’t like leaving reviews, but I like this shop enough to do it for them, no one’s perfect but I’m leaving a 5 star review anyway. I’m a guy that doesn't know much about cars, and this place doesn’t take advantage of me or treat me like I’m am the “car idiot” that I am. They are helpful and do good quality work, I’ve been going to them for service for about 4-5 years now and have always been satisfied. They are much better than the service shop that rhymes with “liffy jube”.

They were so friendly and no high pressure up sales either!!! I went in for an oil change and they checked the air filters too which I honestly didn’t think about! They were in desperate need of replacing. The tech told me the first one really needed to be replaced, but the second one could wait until my next oil change. I decided immediately to replace both since I was already there, and honestly, they both really looked yucky! LOL! But the point is… no pressure… he kindly let me know that it was okay to wait. He also quoted me the price for each one, so I could decide if I could afford it at that moment (without saying that, and NO judgement or pressure from him either way!) For context, I’m 70 years old, and while I don’t do the maintenance myself, I’m familiar enough with general automotive repairs/maintenance to understand what is needed and what is “fluff” having grown up around car mechanics (family & friends) so I appreciate their thorough inspection.
